Information collected through the contact form

When you send a message, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, optional phone number, optional neighborhood or area, selected topic, message contents, and whether you opted in to receive campaign updates.

Why this information is collected

Contact-form information is collected so the campaign can understand community priorities, answer questions, and follow up when a reply is appropriate. Campaign updates are sent only when you give permission through the optional updates checkbox.

How information is used

• To reply to the sender about the submitted topic or question
• To send occasional campaign updates only when permission is given
• To understand themes in community priorities at a high level

This campaign does not sell contact information and does not place submitted contact details into advertising audiences.

Security and rate limiting

Limited technical information, such as IP address and basic request metadata, may be processed temporarily to protect the contact form from abuse, spam, and automated submissions. Optional bot-protection services may also process a verification token when enabled.

Analytics

This site may use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect privacy-conscious technical usage and performance information, such as page views and aggregate performance metrics. These tools are not used to collect the contents of contact-form messages or contact details you submit.

Retention and deletion requests

Messages and related contact details are retained only as long as reasonably needed for campaign communication and recordkeeping. If you would like to request deletion of information you submitted through this site, contact:

Important limits

Please do not submit sensitive personal information such as medical details, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords. This page describes the intended practices of the campaign website implementation and should not be read as a guarantee against every possible security incident or third-party failure.
